VEGAN CHEESECAKE BROWNIES


Recipe:
Mix 2 cups of oats, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup cooked black beans, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

Place in food processor until fully combined 
Scoop out into muffin tray

In a separate bowl, mix 1 and 1/2 cups of blanched almonds, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/2 cup maple syrup, a banana, 1/2 tsp of peanut butter, and a dash of salt

Place in food processor until fully combined 
Scoop out into muffin tray on top of the brownies
Freeze for about 3 hours before eating

AMAZING RAW BROWNIES


Recipe:
5 dates
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp almond milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup of oats
1/2 banana 

Blend everything together in the food processor except for the chocolate chips. 
Once it becomes a thick mixture, add in the chocolate chips for ten seconds. 
 Then scoop the whole mixture out into a square shaped pan and cut them into brownie slices. Leave it in the freezer for about two hours. They taste delicious heated or even cold from the freezer! Enjoy these yummy brownies with a cup of almond milk on the side and you're good to go!

No-Meat Burger

Mix in one bowl:
1 egg
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
Handful of chopped up cilantro
2 cans of mashed beans
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup quinoa
Sprinkle of chili pepper
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Cook in pan with a little bit of olive oil on the stove for about ten minutes, then flip the burger to the other side and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

HEALTHY CHEESECAKE

Crust
Put 2 cups of walnuts, 1/4 cup of pecans, 1 tablespoon of orange juice and 1/2 cup of pitted dates into a food processor and keep it in until it forms a soft ball of crust. 
Filling
Put 3 cups of cashews, 1/2 cup of honey/agave, 1 banana, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 cup of coconut oil and keep it in until it forms a completely liquid mixture. 
Chocolate layer
Blend 1 cup of organic peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado and 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder 

Place the layers carefully on top of each other and freeze for about two hours.

2-Layer Smoothie

This is a really good smoothie to drink in the morning. Not only is it beautifully colored and energizing, but it's also filled with vitamins. And it tastes delicious!

Recipe:
Start with the bottom layer.
Bottom layer: 
Blend: 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of honeydew melon
2 dates
1 banana 

Pour more than half of it into a cup.

Top layer:
Blend two strawberries into the rest of the mixture
Pour into the cup.
Sprinkle on some pomegranate seeds and raw honey.

Potato Corn Rice Salad

To make this simple but satisfying salad, cut up:
- kale
- carrots
- red peppers
- avocado 
- cucumbers
Sprinkle the salad with
- green cabbage
- sunflower seeds
- tahini
Lastly, to make the rice, you must:
Sauté olive oil, then sauté 1 shallot and 1 cut up 1
onion in it. Then dice up 2 potatoes and sauté them in the mixture as well. Throw in 1 cup of brown rice and sauté that for 1 minute. Then put in 2 cups of water and once that boils, cover it and simmer until there's no fluid left. Add some pink Himalayan sea salt/pepper if desired.

THE BEST BLONDIES

This blondies recipe is soooo good and I can't wait for you guys to try it out!

Here's the recipe:
I can of chickpeas
1/3 cup of maple syrup or honey
2 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of peanut or almond butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of baking powder
Put the mixture in a food processor and add 1 egg and 1/2 cup of choclate chips
Cook for around 20 min at 300 degrees

Sweet Potato Fries

Yes, we love healthy food. Yes, we run a healthy account on Instagram. And yes, we run a healthy blog. But that doesn't mean we don't appreciate a good plate of fries.
(Keep in mind that not all fries are unhealthy)

Our sweet potato fries recipe is healthy AND delicious.

Recipe:
Cut sweet potatoes into slices. Do not peel the potatoes. Then sprinkle in some olive oil and a dash of paprika, cinnamon, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

Healthy Ice Pops

You can never be too old to enjoy a good, colorful ice pop. And this recipe for our ice pops will keep you eating our ice pops until you're old and gray.
That's how good they are.

And they're easy to make! It doesn't really get better than this.
Recipe:
Ice pop #1: Blend a couple of kiwis and a handful of coconut. Freeze.
Ice pop #2: Blend some watermelon and lemonade. Freeze.
Ice pop #3: Blend some strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. Freeze.

Chickpea Flour Pesto Pizza

Today's lunch was a delicious chickpea flour pesto pizza. The toppings were fresh pesto (recipe below), sliced mushrooms, and spinach leaves.



Chickpea flour crust recipe:
1/3 cup of chickpea flour
1/3 cup of water
Dash of pepper
Quick squeeze of lemon juice 
Dash of pink Himalayan sea salt
1 piece of fresh garlic 

Pesto recipe:
1 head of fresh basil
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pieces of fresh garlic
Dash of kosher salt

Dinner time with Okra


I'd like to introduce you to our new favorite vegetable. Meet Okra.👋
Okra is not only delicious but it's also really healthy! Okra is rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin K. It prevents diabetes and is very good for your skin😊
In our dinner, we boiled the okra with some olive oil and garlic. It tasted incredible.

Crunchy Kale Chip Salad

We hope everyone is having a great week so far! We made this filling rainbow bowl for lunch today. It is filled with avocado cubes, thinly shredded carrots, pine nuts, cut up cucumbers and cut up tomato wedges.


- 2 cucumbers
- 1 cup of shredded carrots (you can use store bought or use a Spirooli machine to cut the carrots thinly)
- 1/2 an avocado 
- 1 handful of pine nuts 
- Kale chips 
Here's the recipe to make these crunchy, garlicky chips:
- 1 Tsp olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 
- A dash of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 375 
Rip off the kale leaves from the stems 
Drizzle 1 Tsp of olive oil on the kale and rub it into the kale 
Toss 1/2 Tsp of garlic powder onto the kale and mix it into the kale leaves
Finally, crush up some pink Himalayan sea salt and mix it into the kale. Place the kale onto tinfoil and keep it in the oven until the kale leaves are starting to turn crispy!

Nutty Granola

We were experimenting in the kitchen and randomly threw together ingredients for a homemade granola. Luckily, it was a huge success and the granola was amazing! Here's the recipe:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees 
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
1 cup of coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of pepitas
Sprinkle in some cinnamon
Mix it all together and place it on a tray. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes. Take it out when it's golden and delicious. This salty, crunchy and savory granola is awesome with yogurt, smoothies and even to snack on alone. Enjoy!

To-Die For Cookie Cake

Okay, so we took one of our cookie recipes and put it into a cake pan and... TADA! COOKIE CAKE!! 


Here's the recipe:
1/2 cup of olive oil
3/4 cup of raw cane sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla 
1 tbsp thinly chopped walnuts 
1 + 1/2 cups of almond meal
2 tsp of baking powder
A dash of cinnamon 
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips/cacao nibs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the ingredients together and place in the oven. After 30 minutes, throw in some more chocolate chips! Take it out after 40 minutes have passed. If you aren't sure if it's ready, stick a toothpick in it and if the toothpick comes out clean, then the cookie cake is ready for you to enjoy. If you're looking for some extra sweetness, use some coconut cream on top of the cookie cake!

Our first blog post!

Hi guys! We've received countless requests for our recipes so we've decided to create a blog where we will share our recipes for you to enjoy! We really hope you guys like our blog and we're sorry we haven't been able to get this blog up sooner!! We've all had so much schoolwork in the past few weeks and our healthy dessert recipes are really what's been helping us pull through☺️

These are our Almond Butter Cookies. If you are a fan of nutty tastes, then these cookies are for you!
- 3/4 cup of organic almond butter
- a bit less than 1/2 cup of pure honey
- 1/4 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tbsp of oats
- Sprinkle in a dash of raw cacao powder
- Throw in as many chocolate/cacao/carob chips as you'd like! :)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees farehnheit. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl until the contents are smooth. Place small balls of the dough onto a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. Wait for the cookies to cool before eating. Enjoy!!
