Nutty Granola

We were experimenting in the kitchen and randomly threw together ingredients for a homemade granola. Luckily, it was a huge success and the granola was amazing! Here's the recipe:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
1 cup of coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of pepitas
Sprinkle in some cinnamon
Mix it all together and place it on a tray. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes. Take it out when it's golden and delicious. This salty, crunchy and savory granola is awesome with yogurt, smoothies and even to snack on alone. Enjoy!

To-Die For Cookie Cake

Okay, so we took one of our cookie recipes and put it into a cake pan and... TADA! COOKIE CAKE!!

Here's the recipe:
1/2 cup of olive oil
3/4 cup of raw cane sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 tbsp thinly chopped walnuts
1 + 1/2 cups of almond meal
2 tsp of baking powder
A dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips/cacao nibs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the ingredients together and place in the oven. After 30 minutes, throw in some more chocolate chips! Take it out after 40 minutes have passed. If you aren't sure if it's ready, stick a toothpick in it and if the toothpick comes out clean, then the cookie cake is ready for you to enjoy. If you're looking for some extra sweetness, use some coconut cream on top of the cookie cake!

Let us know if you try out our recipe!😊
