AMAZING RAW BROWNIES

Recipe:
5 dates
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp almond milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup of oats
1/2 banana

Blend everything together in the food processor except for the chocolate chips.
Once it becomes a thick mixture, add in the chocolate chips for ten seconds.
Then scoop the whole mixture out into a square shaped pan and cut them into brownie slices. Leave it in the freezer for about two hours. They taste delicious heated or even cold from the freezer! Enjoy these yummy brownies with a cup of almond milk on the side and you're good to go!

  1. Hi, not sure if you have any tips or if I went wrong somewhere but I found that the mix in the food processor was dry and crumbly, I had to add a fair but more almond milk in and then it was quick a thick sticky mixture. Also it wasn't enough to cover even a medium size loaf pan - was the pan you used quite small? Thanks :)

    1. Hi! That's very strange that your mixture turned out crumbly, ours was the complete opposite. The pan we used was pretty small but not tiny. When we made the brownies, we actually doubled the recipe because we were making them for a bigger group of people. I would say that maybe you should double the recipe, because my friend also tried out the recipe (and doubled it) and loved it.

  2. Thanks for the reply. With the added almond milk they seemed to set ok. And are delicious so will just make sure to double the recipe next time! :)
